Questions
What happens if I go over a plan's monthly cap?
Nothing breaks. You are never locked out — searches past the cap come out of your balance at the normal per-search price, so you can top up and carry on. The cap resets at the start of each billing month.
Does the 50 include both Rent Advisor and Trends?
Yes — it is 50 searches across the two of them combined, in whatever mix you like. 50 rent lookups and no Trends searches, or 25 of each, both fit.
Does my balance expire?
No. Balance stays on your account indefinitely and works in any tool, including tools that do not exist yet.
What if I run the same search twice?
Re-running an identical search within six hours is free. That way correcting a typo or reloading a result never costs you twice.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Any time, from the billing page you reach by clicking your balance in the header. You keep access through the end of the month you have already paid for.
Why does a Deal Finder search cost more?
It does far more work. A rent search prices one unit; a deal search pulls every active listing in an area, estimates rent for each one, and for multifamily verifies unit counts against public records. That is a few hundred data lookups against one.
